Orders

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch it. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected or there is an obvious pricing error.

Products and prices

We take reasonable care to display accurate product information. Packaging or appearance may vary following manufacturer updates. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before checkout. VAT invoices are available on request.

Payment and delivery

Payment must be authorised before dispatch unless separate wholesale arrangements have been agreed. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Delivery costs £3.99 per order using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 pm on working days are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns and cancellations

Consumers can normally cancel an online order within 14 days after delivery and then have a further 14 days to return it. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer.

Legal exceptions may apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed. Faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods remain covered by your statutory rights.

Wholesale orders

Orders meeting the threshold shown on our Wholesale page may qualify for wholesale pricing or separate payment arrangements. Additional wholesale terms agreed in writing will apply to that order. Consumer cancellation rights may not apply to purchases made mainly for business use.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or copy our original content without permission. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Privacy

We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify and relevant service providers may process information to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud and fulfil orders.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory legal protections available where they live.
